Please carry the cake box securely, holding it from the bottom, not the sides. Avoid tilting or jostling the box.

Cake/Confections need to be refrigerated, however best at room temperature. Please take it out of the fridge at least two hours prior.

If you are picking it up, place the cake box in your car's flat area. In most cars, the flat spot is the floor on the passenger’s side. Please do not place the cake on a seat. If possible, bring an SUV-style vehicle that has a flatbed space.

Avoid placing your cake in direct sunlight.

Bring cake/confections directly to their destination.
