At Déjà Vu Sweets, we create bespoke wedding cakes and refined dessert experiences for couples who value intentional design, craftsmanship, and seamless execution. Each wedding is approached with care and offered in limited availability to ensure the highest level of artistry and service.
All wedding services are by appointment only and begin with an inquiry.
The Wedding Experience
Once your inquiry is received, our initial consultation takes place via email. This allows us to thoughtfully review your event details and provide an initial estimate based on:
Cake size and tier structure
Preferred design direction and finish
Decorative elements
Delivery location
Our wedding pricing reflects the level of design, customization, and white-glove service involved. A starting price guide is available following inquiry approval.
Wedding Cake Tastings
Wedding tastings are offered exclusively to wedding couples and are available by appointment only once an inquiry has been approved.
Upon payment of the tasting fee, we curate a refined tasting experience featuring four cake flavors of your choice from our signature flavor selections. Additional flavors may be added for an additional fee. Tastings are elegantly packaged to be enjoyed at your leisure and are scheduled on select Saturdays.
Tastings are not available for social, corporate, or collection orders.

Design & Collaboration
Our design process is collaborative and detail-driven. As your wedding vision comes together, we draw inspiration from:

Floral selections
Overall room design and ambiance
If you are working with a designer, we welcome an inspiration board that reflects your full wedding aesthetic. Every cake is designed to feel cohesive within your celebration and elevated in its presentation.
Finalizing Your Order
When you are ready to proceed, you will receive:
A detailed invoice outlining your total investment
To offically reserve your wedding date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required along with a signed service agreement. This retainer secures your date on our calendar and initiates the design and production process.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your wedding date. Final design details are confirmed once the retainer has been received and your dae is formally reserved.
Due to limited number of weddings we accept, dates are secured on a first-come, first served basis upon receipt of the retainer.
