Our initial consultation will take place via our contact form or direct email to discuss the budget, event details, and design ideas - your vision and the experience you would like to create for your guests. 

Once we have covered the basics, an official estimate will be sent based on your request.

Tastings are provided for wedding couples and are an excellent way for us to chat more in-depth. The flavor is the core at Deja Vu Sweets, and we firmly believe your cake/confections should taste as good as it looks. Our curated list of flavors will bring your experience to a delighted level.

We understand that you may have a busy schedule or locate in a different state or country. We are happy to have an initial telephone or video consultation with you or your event planner/designer.

A signed contract (weddings & dessert tables) and a 50% deposit are due at booking.

Two weeks before your event date, the remaining 50% balance is required. Based on your contract, we will confirm the delivery time and rentals selected for your special day.

 Our desserts are made-to-order and highly sought-after; we typically require 4 weeks’ notice for a reservation.  With any last-minute orders for the current week, we may have desserts available, so please do not hesitate to contact us. We will always try our best to accommodate you and your event! Book early to avoid disappointment.
